JOINT PRODUCTION MORTGAGE

Charity Overview:  For every mortgage we close, a portion of the loan amount is donated to the Home with Hutch charity fund. This fund supports local teachers and community projects, voted on by the community itself, ensuring the money goes where it is needed most. 

How It Works: 

• Donation: Each mortgage closure automatically contributes to our charity fund.
• Community Voting: Quarterly, the community decides which local teachers and/or projects receive these funds, demonstrating a sense of interest and community spirit.
