At Joint Production Mortgage, we're not just about helping you find your dream home; we're committed to giving back to the community that supports us. That's why we've created the Home with Hutch charity inspired by the life and work of Bruce Hutchings, a beloved teacher and coach who dedicated over four decades to shaping the future through education and community service.
For every mortgage we close, we pledge a portion of the loan amount to the Home with Hutch charity fund. Here's how it works:
With each mortgage transaction, a percentage of the loan amount is donated to our accumulative charity account.
Every three months, we invite the community to vote on which local teachers and community organizations will receive these funds. This democratic process ensures the money goes where it's most needed and appreciated.
